SINGLE LICENSE USERS

Clients with a SINGLE USER license purchased are entitled to download
the STANDARD version of NOD32 only, available for download from:

NOD32 for Windows 95/98/ME:

NOD32 for Windows NT/2000/XP/2003:
http://u4.eset.com/download/win/v2st/ndntenst.exe

If you have renewed your subscription, simply replace the former Username 
and Password in the Update setup panel with those provided in this email 
(again, we recommend copy and paste to do this).

It is recommended that you keep this email for future reference in case
you need to reinstall NOD32 at a later time.

REMOTE ADMINISTRATOR and ENTERPRISE EDITION USERS
=================================================

If you have acquired a license for Remote Administrator, the above
Username and Password will allow you to download NOD32 Administrator
Server/Console.

Enterprise Edition users are entitled to download NOD32 Antivirus
for Windows/DOS as well.

NOTE:
To unlock the NOD32 Remote Administrator, you will need the Key provided 
in the attachment of this e-mail.

PRECAUTIONS
===========

Please keep your Username and Password confidential. Their misuse will
result in the cancellation of your License.

If you are using NOD32 1.0 (indicated by a red "CC" icon in the lower-right 
corner of your screen) or NOD32 2.0, we strongly recommend that you upgrade 
to version 2.5 by downloading the appropriate installer from our 
website http://www.eset.com/download/download.htm.

Having NOD32 2.5 installed is indicated by a white-green "CC" icon by
the clock in the lower-right corner of your screen.

If you had an Evaluation (Trial version) or Beta version of NOD32 installed 
before, it is CRUCIAL to uninstall it and reboot the machine before 
installing a commercial version.

UPDATING
========

The NOD32 Control Center makes updates and program upgrades
a true 'set-and-forget' task.

To keep NOD32's state-of-the-art antivirus protection up to date,
please make sure the following parameters are set up correctly:

- Username and Password in the update setup panel
- Update server (should be set to automatic selection unless updates
  are performed from a local mirror)
- Proxy server (advanced Update setup - LAN setup) must be disabled
  unless Internet connection is provided through a proxy server

All of the aforementioned parameters are configured during the installation.
